Shawn helped me with my first car purchase. He was patient and didn’t try to rush me into buying the first car I liked (it was the most expensive one) but showed me different varieties of cars. Since I didn’t know much about cars, I asked him so many obvious questions but again HE WAS REALLY PATIENT with me and explained them all in detail. Shawn was also eager to help me bargaining for the best final price and I got such a good discount at the end!!

I was in real need of a car and asap and Rishar really was patient with me since I was being cautious and had so many reservations about what type of vehicle made sense for me and on top of having an opinion about the cars I didn’t like but he didn’t give up, he showed me everything in my price range, helped weight the pros and cons and let me test drive so many cars, he really helped in getting me the best deal for the budget I had. This is my second car purchased from Northridge Toyota and the really go the extra mile to ensure you walk out with something that is reliable, safe and suited for you.

Updated Review: I am updating the review to 5 stars after working with Tahsin N. and Anna. They found the car I need at the price I wanted. Although I ended up buying the car from another dealership due to my time constraints, I still appreciate the professional demeanor exhibited by these ladies. Old Review: These guys pulled a classic bait and switch. Called for a car listed on web and I was told a manager will call soon. The manager later informed me that that car is sold (although still listed on the website after 1 week). Then another clown calls and tells me a similar car is available for an extra 4K, really?? Avoid this dishonest dealership.

Wow! They really go above and beyond here. Jack helped me trade in my old Honda for a hybrid that I absolutely adore, was respectful, answered all my questions and never made me feel pressured. The color I wanted was not at the Northridge lot, but the team helped to find the one I wanted and Jack even delivered it to my home!! Thanks for the positive start to my 2026, Northridge Toyota!
