I GAVE THIS RATING TO THE DEALER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. BECAUSE HE WAS VERY GENEROUS BUT VERY DESCRIPTIVE WITH HIS SALES. HELPED OUT WITH MANY THINGS THAT I HAD CONCERNS ABOUT. HE HAD ALSO ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD AND MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH CHOOSING THE CAR AND COMMITTING TO ACTUALLY MAKE THE PURCHAASE. SPECIAL THANKS TO MR. ARAU AND NORTHRIDGE TOYOTA ALONG WITH ITS STAFF.

Talked with George on the phone before visiting and then follow-up in person later that day. Ended up purchasing the car I was looking for. He was friendly and helpful without ever being pushy. Highly recommend working with George.

Before coming to Northridge, I had collected quotes from all the area dealerships over the phone. The internet sales manager, Paul, had given me a quote that was several hundred dollars lower than other area dealerships', so I came in expecting to be low-balled. ESPECIALLY after experiencing all shades of shenanigans at Toyota Santa Monica (http://www.yelp.com/biz/…), I came to Northridge Toyota suspicious and prepared to walk away from any signs of shady salesmanship.

Instead, I walked away with a new car! When I arrived at the dealership, Stephen took over for Paul, and treated me with the utmost professionalism. Whereas I spent three hours at Toyota Santa Monica, mostly sitting around doing nothing, I spent only an hour and a half with Stephen. We started off with a test drive, during which Stephen patiently explained all of my car's features to me. After we came back to the dealership, he walked me through all of the paperwork and the pricing information. No four-square, no bullshit about monthly payments, no LYING about the previously negotiated sales price. The financing office offered me some warranties, but didn't push any on me. And finally, after a shockingly fun hour and a half at the dealership, I was out the door, a happy owner of my first new car!

In sum: Northridge Toyota was everything Toyota Santa Monica was not: professional, efficient, and most importantly, honest. With this dealership, what you see is what you get. I would gladly go out of my way to come here and purchase another car with Stephen or Paul.

My visits at Northridge Toyota have been thus far excellent. I've been there for maintenance checks.

I go to Amber for any problems or concerns I have, and she is always willing to listen and work with me. I can be a bit of picky person for I bring a bundle of questions, yet she is always happy to explain in details. From getting to know her, I have learned that she can work with different types of personality. She is also very friendly and enthusiastic. I recommend her if you plan to visit this place.

Anytime I think about going to a car dealership to purchase a car it gives me squirms. I did my research online and emailed multiple dealerships asking for specific car. I got a whole bunch emails back of course. But the email from Paul is the most stand out. He was very clear and get to the point with my questions. I called them back on the NYE and we were able to work out on the deal on the phone. 30 minutes after I arrived to the dealership and Stephen was taking care of me. Stephen was very nice. It was like having a conversation with normal people and not being push into sale which normally the case when you are buying a car. If you are looking to buy a car but dont want to deal with all bs you need to talk to them. My experience was down to earth no sale tactic no pressure. I absolutely surprise that my experience buying a car can be different!

2 days after I also received a phone call from Stephen to make sure I have everything and if I have any questions I could call them anytime. Bottom line is I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I'm an Electronics Engineer in my late 60's who has owned nearly 20 cars since the age of 16. In all of my experience I have found Northridge Toyota to be the best car company I ever dealt with. In particular, their Internet Sales Manager, Paul Brown, is amazing. I'm not an easy person/shopper to do business with because I am so technically savvy, which makes me demanding and particular. Nevertheless, Paul, from day one, took all the time I needed to fully understand every aspect of the car and the transaction. This is why I purchased two new Toyotas from his dealership during this current year alone (a Camry XLE in January and a Camry LE in October). Some time in the next several years I plan to replace my old Honda Accord with a new Toyota. There simply is no question that Northridge Toyota will be my first choice as a dealership. Also, I think their service department is the best on the planet, possibly because, as a dealership, they employ far more car repair technicians with the highest level of certification than most others. I know that all I've said here may come across like a gigantic sales pitch, but it's not. Check out Northridge Toyota for yourself. Talk to these people and I'm certain you'll come away with the understanding that everything I've said here is true.

My Review of Northridge Toyota:
I met George 2 weeks ago to test drive the Prius V. I told him I had a family member back east that could get me special pricing but I wanted to test drive the car.
It was the car I wanted and I told George I would come on 5/31st to show my pricing.
He presented my offer and they matched it. They were very accommodating, relaxed and friendly. I had previously had a very good experience in 2007 when we purchased my wife's Camry.
I feel very good about my purchase and experience

My Review of Northridge Toyota:
Gideon and Reggie were amazing. This is our second car now from Northridge and they are wonderful. I have been to many dealerships in my life and they all feel the same. Like you're buying a car from a tricky salesman who just have dollar signs on their minds. Not hear at Northridge, nor with these two Men. Gideon and Reggie from the moment we walked in from the time we walked out with our new car treated us like gold. Never in the time we were deciding on color, type of Toyota,etc., did they put any pressure on us and made it such a great experience, which it should be. We took our time and when we needed answers they were there. No under mining, no quoting a price and then a few minutes later doubling. We told them what we were willing to spend per month and what we wanted and they not only made it happen, but we made two knew friends by the end of our time there. These two Men are great at what they do and next time we buy a car, will go back to see them without a thought and if they aren't here at that time, would follow them where ever they go. Congrats to Northridge Toyota for finding 2 wonderful people who make a car experience fun and always would feel confident sending my friends and Family to both of these Gentleman.
