My Review Of Northridge Toyota:
I just bought a new Scion tC at Northridge Toyota yesterday. George Arau was my salesman and he did a great job of figuring out what I was looking for from my very poor descriptions. I was going to buy a car until I had driven some other manu's. So I loved the Scion and had to get my finances in order and they were patient, then ready to go when i was ready the next day.
I had a great experience.

Before coming to Northridge, I had collected quotes from all the area dealerships over the phone. The internet sales manager, Paul, had given me a quote that was several hundred dollars lower than other area dealerships', so I came in expecting to be low-balled. ESPECIALLY after experiencing all shades of shenanigans at Toyota Santa Monica (http://www.yelp.com/biz/…), I came to Northridge Toyota suspicious and prepared to walk away from any signs of shady salesmanship.
Instead, I walked away with a new car! When I arrived at the dealership, Stephen took over for Paul, and treated me with the utmost professionalism. Whereas I spent three hours at Toyota Santa Monica, mostly sitting around doing nothing, I spent only an hour and a half with Stephen. We started off with a test drive, during which Stephen patiently explained all of my car's features to me. After we came back to the dealership, he walked me through all of the paperwork and the pricing information. No four-square, no bullshit about monthly payments, no LYING about the previously negotiated sales price. The financing office offered me some warranties, but didn't push any on me. And finally, after a shockingly fun hour and a half at the dealership, I was out the door, a happy owner of my first new car!
In sum: Northridge Toyota was everything Toyota Santa Monica was not: professional, efficient, and most importantly, honest. With this dealership, what you see is what you get. I would gladly go out of my way to come here and purchase another car with Stephen or Paul.
My visits at Northridge Toyota have been thus far excellent. I've been there for maintenance checks.
I go to Amber for any problems or concerns I have, and she is always willing to listen and work with me. I can be a bit of picky person for I bring a bundle of questions, yet she is always happy to explain in details. From getting to know her, I have learned that she can work with different types of personality. She is also very friendly and enthusiastic. I recommend her if you plan to visit this place.
Anytime I think about going to a car dealership to purchase a car it gives me squirms. I did my research online and emailed multiple dealerships asking for specific car. I got a whole bunch emails back of course. But the email from Paul is the most stand out. He was very clear and get to the point with my questions. I called them back on the NYE and we were able to work out on the deal on the phone. 30 minutes after I arrived to the dealership and Stephen was taking care of me. Stephen was very nice. It was like having a conversation with normal people and not being push into sale which normally the case when you are buying a car. If you are looking to buy a car but dont want to deal with all bs you need to talk to them. My experience was down to earth no sale tactic no pressure. I absolutely surprise that my experience buying a car can be different!
2 days after I also received a phone call from Stephen to make sure I have everything and if I have any questions I could call them anytime. Bottom line is I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
We were so pleased with the entire experience. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and helpful. We love our new car and would return to buy another one.
